Front Number Plates
Sent: Monday, September 14, 2009 7:38 PM Hi, Yesterday the head of the Pedestrian Council of Australia (PCA), Harod Scruby, issued a media release about the failure of the nine-year project into front number plates. It has received widespread coverage, including front page of today's Australian. He gained his info from a VicRoads FOI request - at least we know now "officially" that the project has been canned by SCOT. I'm in the process of preparing a national response, and I've already left a message for the News Ltd reporter so we can follow up. I've also spoken to Joe Motha (MSCC chair) and Albanese's office to alert them both that the AMC is going to respons to the PCA and Scruby. Media stories at: Shaun |
