My very last report as MRAWA President

 Thank YouAs this will be my very last President Report I would like to thank all of the people including fellow Committee members, volunteers and regular members for your support, help and friendship over the past 14 years that I have been on the MRA Committee as Ride Coordinator, Safety Officer, Vice President and President. I have made many great friends during my time with the MRA and now look forward to just doing some riding and socialising with them.I will not be completely disappearing as I will always be available to the new Committee if needed.It has been a great 14 years with plenty of ups and a couple of downs but I believe it is now time for some new people to take over the reins and inject new ideas and directions into the MRA.I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.Nominations for MRA CommitteeAs I will not be nominating as President at this year’s AGM and as I said It has been an absolute pleasure working for the improvement of all motorcycle riders over the past 14 years on your Committee, with an absolutely great and dedicated team and I believe we should all be very proud of the accomplishment and progress that we have made during that time.We do however need you to give some serious thought to stepping in to fill the gaps that will be left as I understand that some of the other members of the MRA Committee also do not intend to re-nominate for positions this year.This will leave a huge gap in the MRA and I would like for you all to consider putting your hand up during this transitional period.As always all Committee positions are declared vacant at the AGMA nomination form is in this edition of the Edge newsletter. That’s about it from me for now.Please remember.RIDE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.Dave Wright
