Happy New Year everyone!I hope you all enjoyed the festive season, seeing out the old year and celebrating the new one.We’ve already had our first ride for 2013 and there was a reasonable turnout for an early start. Good to see. We have a few short rides to start the year as we’re expecting a continuance of this wonderfully warm weather. (Tongue firmly in cheek) We have rides organised to April at present so if you have any preferences send them through and if you would like to lead a few then give me a shout, I think everyone will be getting bored with me after a while.January saw the implementation of LAMS in Western Australia (WA=Wait Awhile) finally catching up with the rest of the country, Dave will touch on this more in this edition in his Safety Report and bring us up to speed with what’s going on generally.Lyn has advised that the stock she ordered last year has arrived, so if you’re interested in getting a new MRA shirt, (polo’s and t’s) now is the time, all sizes available, also hats and patches so get in contact with Lyn (contact details pg 4) Hope to see you at the next meeting on the 20th Feb, if not then, maybe on a ride.Take it easy out there folks!Jef
